This is the office/lab building, which has 13 floors. There are offices, conferences, incubators, and lab rooms on Levels 2-3 for the company Nobell Foods. Also, in this building, there is a lot of equipment in the building that should be connected.

For this project, BES Company provided the following services:
- Prepared Redlines for Level 3 (Feeder, Overhead, Lighting conduits)
- Low Voltage Distribution Systems (Modeling equipment as per submittals, distribution panels, feeders, Overhead, Fire Alarm, Lighting conduits, and coordination conduits with other trades)
- High Voltage Distribution Systems (modeling and coordination conduits with other trades)
