We have dozens of projects in California, Washington, North Carolina, and Texas, and we certainly do not intend to rest on our accomplishments.

What differs BES from other BIM providers?
We do only Electrical, Telecom, BMS, I&C, FA, AV and Security. We never do Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural etc. This is our advantage as we are focused only on specific systems and have more advanced approaches and workflow to provide the best services for our Clients. And we can cover everything from design for permit to prefab and shop drawings.
What type of contracts BES works with?
It depends on the type and size of projects, as well as the client's requirements. We work both with Lump Sum and T&M contracts. But even on T&M, we provide ROM Cost and then stick to that number providing spent hours weekly reports with task breakdowns.
How many specialists work at BES, and how many are Electrical engineers?
In August 2022, we have more than 60 specialists on our team. All specialists have engineering or construction experience. Almost 50% of our team have Electrical degrees.
What are your advantages?
Working only with Electrical, we have developed unique approaches for Electrical Data Management, Redlining, and Automatic QA/QC processes for electrical design sets, SLD, Schematics, etc. We improve everything to be more efficient, precise, and cost-effective. Our Team has high Code and Constructability knowledge to provide tremendously quality products for our clients.
Which programs do you use in your workflow?
We use many programs, but most often these ones:
Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Glue, BIM Track, Filed Point Bluebeam Revu, Excel and Google Sheets, сustom add-ins for Revit for Electrical, etc.
