Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is a marine-life entertainment facility featuring dolphin exhibits and other interactive animal experiences. It is typically a tourist attraction that allows visitors to learn about and interact with marine animals in a controlled environment. The park features two buildings: the Encounter Building and the LSS Yard. The scope of work for this project includes creating a building information model (BIM) and completing the structural design for both buildings.

The scope of work for the electrical team of the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park project includes the following tasks:
Modeling underground conduits, including trench layouts and preparing a bill of materials (BOM)
Coordinating with other trades, such as structural and plumbing
Modeling the site lighting and conduits
Creating a layout for the housekeeping pad and electrical equipment
Modeling the OH conduit
