This project is a 2 buildings in college district, educational and public building with offices. The challenge was that there were many systems and very little space left for our scope of work. There were laboratories in the educational building, so there were many pipes and ducts. Therefore it was tough to coordinate our work with other systems. Also per project standards we should be not more than 270 bends angle for power conduits and not more than 180 for all telecom conduits. But we coped with our task and issued drawings and the fastest terms.

For this project, BES provided:
• Power and security systems (modeling and coordination with other trades);
• Populating lighting fixtures per submittals.
• Populating supports for conduits and lighting fixtures.

As the final product we delivered:
- Shop drawings for slab rought;
- Shop drawings for Power distribution systems;
- Shop drawings for Low voltage systems (Cable trays, conduits).
