This headquarters span 165,000 square feet. The five-story headquarters is comprised of two independent structures that are linked by a shared entrance and lobby. This includes specialty spaces for eight on-air broadcasting and podcasting studios, content capture studios, production, and editing bays, engineering/technology zones, a company-wide data center, a museum and retail shop, office areas for unconventional departments such as donor engagement, audience engagement, and pastoral care, multiple gathering area cafes, and a generous employee fitness center. The project was interesting in its diversity from the point of view of BIM because it is large-scale and multi-component. This allowed us to apply our knowledge and experience while working on the project.
