Very challenging but exciting project: limited space, and a large number of other communications that complicated the coordination on all floors, and put some restrictions. In the process of work, additional requests from the customer appeared, which were promptly resolved and added to the models.

For this project, BES provided:

• High Voltage Distribution Systems (modeling and coordination cable trays with other trades)
• Medium Voltage Distribution Systems (feeder conduits and raceway, switchgear, distribution panels, busduct)
• Telecommunications systems (Modeling telecommunications raceways)
• Standby Generation, UPS and other equipment (Including openings layout for exact stub-ups location)
• Power and Process Cable trays ( Modeling and coordination cable tray systems)
• Lighting fixtures (Provide families by submittal including, modeling interior and exterior lighting)

As final product we delivered:

• Electrical equipment layouts
• Opening layouts
• OH Conduit layouts
• Cable tray layouts
• Busduct layout
• Trimble points layout
• BOM schedule for all parts of the model
