This is a 14-floor residential building with 1 cellar floor. There is a generator located on the roof, which is an additional source of power if the power in the city goes out. This is not a monolithic building, but prefabricated slabs. All penetrations through these slabs were taken into account during the design process.

For this project, BES Company offered the following services:

• Low Voltage Distribution Systems (feeder conduits and raceways, distribution panels)
• Telecommunications systems (Modeling and coordination conduits and consolidation boxes)
• Lighting fixtures (creating families as per submittals with all required data, modeling interior and exterior lighting)

• Opening layouts
• OH and UG Conduit layouts
• Rack layouts
• RCP plans
