Behrend Erie Hall is a sports complex. Gorgeous two-story building: there is a huge gym, fitness rooms, and rooms for various sports.
Here with the help of BIM, we were modeling cable trays and underground conduits for all power and lighting systems. For open areas, we used approaches of painted electrical elements (conduits, supports, boxes) by interior requirements.

For this project, BES provided:

• Low Voltage Distribution Systems (Modeling equipment as per submittals, distribution panels, raceways)
• Standby Generation and UPS (Including openings layout for exact stub-ups location)
• Telecommunications Systems (Modeling and coordination of cable trays and conduits)

As a final product we delivered:

• UG Conduit Layout
• OH Feeder and Conduit layouts
• Rack layouts
• Cable tray layouts
• Penetration layouts
