Dunedin City Hall is an administrative building for meetings of civil servants. There is a large hall between the two parts of the building.

BES provided:

•  Low Voltage Distribution Systems (feeder conduits and raceways, distribution equipment as per submittals); 
• Telecommunications systems (Modeling and coordination cable trays and conduits)
