This is innovation hub for lake highland preparatory school, which has four floors. There are various offices and meeting rooms on the first floor. The second floor has an innovation institute, different labs, and a TV studio. The third floor has many math classrooms, and the fourth has many English classrooms. There is many technological and educational equipment in the building that should be connected.

For this project, BES Company provided the following services:

• Low Voltage Distribution Systems (Modeling equipment as per submittals, distribution panels, feeders and raceways)
• High Voltage Distribution Systems (modeling and coordination underground conduits with other trades)
• Standby Generation and UPS (Including openings layout for exact stub-ups location)
